Rachael is a co-founder of Spirit and has over 16 years experience working in community based care companies specialising in complex care. As a Social Science graduate she has worked in several care companies in a variety of roles focusing on client led care management. More recently she was a Registered Manager in a leading specialist care company for several years, responsible for office based support functions and operational care management of clients.

Rachael manages the day to day business, with principle support functions, including recruitment, training and HR reporting directly to her to ensure that a co-ordinated service is delivered. Rachael is also responsible for the operational care management of the business.
