Spirit's operational team have been selected for their skills and experience in managing care and staff management issues in partnership with clients, families and allied professionals.
We recognise that whilst clinical well-being of our clients is paramount many of the issues that are faced are non-clinical. We work together with our clients in the management of care packages and adopt an open approach whilst respecting confidentiality.
Our Care Managers work closely with our nursing team to ensure full continuity of service both clinically and operationally. In partnership with our clients, Care Managers are responsible for the recruitment and selection of Personal Assistants, rota management, supporting and developing staff, problem solving and ultimately ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with their care package.
The operational management of care packages can be challenging and we acknowledge that from time to time staff related issues will arise. What we are committed to is making sure we continually review our practices and through good communication with clients any issues identified will be acted upon so that improvements are achieved and/ or changes are made.
